I'm Tom. I work in creative innovation and technology. I pioneer and craft new types of work and new ways of working across the creative industries.

I work as a Creative Director, Producer and Technologist. I specialise in creative R&D, emerging technology and industry innovation. I create the space for teams and organisations to experiment, adapt, and move at pace. I help identify new opportunities, make connections and develop work that differentiates and expands what they can do.

My creative work spans storytelling, design and technology in multiple disciplines. I have developed, commissioned and produced award winning work in immersive, interactive entertainment, learning and the arts. I’ve been a senior creative leader at the BBC, worked with industry giants from Google to Meta and directed cutting edge technology.

I’ve founded teams and businesses. Secured millions in funding. Built partnerships and originated commissions. Led multimillion pound innovation projects. Chaired industry boards, advised and mentored teams, policy and research organisations.
